Growing up as a first generation immigrant, Dion learned what hard work entailed.  Seeing his parents work hard and purchase a several buildings in the early 80’s his family took pride in managing multi-family properties.  Eventually getting into the family business, Dion assisted in managing his family’s properties until he went on to law school and eventually becoming a landlord/tenant attorney.   After taking 150 cases to trial, he decided to venture back to what his passion is and that is in property management.  Being a partner in several property management firms in New York City, Dion is now founding partner and CEO of Blue Heaven Property Management.  His vision is sharing his expertise and passion in order to become an irreplaceable resource and trusted advisor for property investors.
